This page explains what data is collected on www.stevnabelli.fr, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected through the contact form

When you use the contact form, the following information is collected: your name, your email address, and the subject and content of your message.

• Purpose: to reply to your message and discuss your request with you.
• Legal basis: Stevnabelli’s legitimate interest in replying to people who contact her (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when your message concerns a project (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Mandatory information: all fields are needed to reply to you. If you do not fill them in, the message cannot be sent.
• Retention period: messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years after the last exchange, before being deleted.

Your data is not sold, rented or used for advertising, and you will not be added to any mailing list.

Recipients

Your messages are intended only for Stevnabelli. To run the website, she uses technical service providers (website hosting and email delivery) who process this data solely on her behalf.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Technical data

Like any website, the host automatically records technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in security logs. This data is used only to keep the website working and secure, and is kept by the host for a limited period.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website sets no cookies and uses no statistics, advertising or embedded social media tools. Fonts are hosted directly on the website: no data is sent to Google Fonts.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@stevnabelli.fr. You will receive a reply within one month.
